As the URL is your username, it cannot be changed. If you must change it no matter what, please cancel your registered account, and re-register using a different username. (Please be careful as if a blog or guestbook is also being used, all data in those will also be deleted.)
However, please be aware that, in order to prevent malicious activities, you cannot register again using the same username or e-mail address within a short period of time.
