| Problem with IBM Homepage Builder page |

If IBM Homepage Builder's "Place Anywhere Mode" is used, various things can occur, such as advertising that should be displayed up and down the page all being displayed together at the top, the page displaying as cut off in the middle, or scrolling not working.
In order to avoid this, please use "Standard Mode", not "Place Anywhere Mode".
