You can request the password to be sent again from here.
In such a case you must enter your username or e-mail address. The password can only be sent to the e-mail address set in your user information.
As a security measure in order to defend against identity fraud and password theft, in the case that the username and password are unknown and the registered e-mail address cannot receive messages, neither the username or password can be re-sent.
As your e-mail address can be changed from "Change/Cancel User Information" after logging in, please make sure that you always have a valid address set.
